B&S Accommodation Renovated 18 Century House of Character Ghaxaq, Malta

Stefanie and Bradley were excellent hosts. The property was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. They truly go the extra mile and take hospitality very seriously. We cannot recommend them enough. The property itself is exceptional, and the area is full of charm. Everyone in the village was so friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more special. We will definitely stay again.

It was air-conditioned and had an extra fan.

Upon arrival, we found the house very dusty and full of flying insects all over, especially in the bathroom and on the kitchen cupboards, which made us reluctant to cook in the house. This was definitely not our purpose for booking a self catering accomodation. We were even uncomfortable sleeping upstairs. We had to stick on takeaways and eating out in restaurants all the time. This made us spend a fortune, which was not our plan. On the 16th of June, I called the owners to come and see the mess and do a bit of cleaning which should have been done prior to our arrival, but we were told that they are working whole day and they can come at 0800 pm, which was rather late as we had to go out. All throughout our stay, we had no communication with the owners. They never came to check if we need anything like towels, change bedsheets, or some cleaning . We did not even know when the bins go out. No communication whatsoever, which is frustrating. Highly not recommended.
