Location, nice and clean lobby. Near to the Mall of Asia, Near to the Airport and a lot of groceries store nearby. 24 hours security.
Apartment has washing machine, you can cook in the kitchen.
Bugs and Insect inside the apartment. You cannot hang your clothes for dry in daytime.
not able to access the pool (upon request or additional charge).
Water Leak on the AC if the temp. goes to 25dg.

The location was near the Mall of Asia Arena in which I attended the Laufey concert last May, it was pretty convenient to get to as it was a walkable distance to my intended location, although other modes of transportation are always available at your fingertips.
I surmise it into just a probability during my stay, but the bedroom light was not working, I had to utilize the living room's lights for illumination during my stay. I only noticed it when I was about to sleep. Hope they have fixed it as soon.

Location wise it is good. Rent it for a night for next day flight. The place is quiet and accessible going to moa and airport.
The faucets are faulty. Some reviews pointed it out but none were fixed it seem. Room looks clean but with kulob smell. And the bed is creeky. It was just me and my super lightweight aunt but the bed sounds like gonna collapse even with just turning around. Uncomfortable.
