The location and the staff
The unlikely smell from the lobby of the condominium, i didnt know if the smell was from the drainage system. Inside the unit, it smelled like the unit was empty for a month or so. The humid odor clingged to the clothes, maybe a good dehumidifier can help or just ventilate the unit from
Time to time like we also do during our stay, but we do understand that the unit can be empty depending on the number of reservations.

The property is amazing. It is clean and organized. It also provides kitchen utensils, ref and even washing machine. This made our stay easy and comfortable.
The bathroom doesn’t have its own garbage container.

Very near SMX where my conference was held.Accessible to a lot of facilities especially Alfamart for some essential items and ready to eat food.The place is equipped with eating and cooking utensils,good wifi,fridge,AC,washing machine,TV and hair dryer and stand fan.
The space is good enough for a solo traveller or for two but if you have two or more big luggages you might need more space for it.As for me,I only have one large luggage so am okay with it.
