J&C Staycation 1BR Unit near Moa with Netflix

I like the interior design and paintings in the lobby. The room is clean and cozy. It is just a walking distance away from SM MOA but if you want to go to SM MOA Arena by walking and you are carrying a heavy backpack just like me, you better grab a taxi especially if it’s a hot and sunny day because the crosswalk could be a bit too far for you. I also like the build quality of the property. It is way better than the room I rented near SM MOA Arena because the developers of this property were SM Development Corporation (I googled this when I was staying at the property).

Stayed here for 2 nights for a concert in SMDC grounds. Mall of Asia is within walking distance so recommend this place for location. The unit is very cosy with only one area for kitchen/living/dining and the shower/laundry and room on the other side but it was still very comfortable. Value for money is fantastic as it was very cheap comparable to the area. Would recommend to stay here again!

Host interaction was sufficient but I wished they sent how to get in sooner as I didn't get the message at the airport and they did not have WiFi at the lobby when checking in with the guard. Also, there was a cockroach in the bathroom when we first came in but already dead. Just an FYI but otherwise clean. I also wish there was an iron.
