Nespresso Machine + Large Balcony with Chairs and nice View of Funchal. Kitchen was very nice and High Tech. Plenty of Pots and Pans, Cutlery, Large Fridge / Freezer, Oven, Micro Wave. Bus Service to / from the City. Swimming Pool was nice. It had two Toilets, one with a nice shower room. All very modern and to a high Standard. It had a large Sofa Type be in the lounge. This could be used as an extra Bed.
I didn't see a kettle, and mentioned this to the Host afterwards, but he assures me there is one. Nice to have for making Tea. The number of the Property is "40", so when coming by Taxi, this is the number you should use.

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet und wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf Meer und Funchal. Pedro hat schon vor der Reise mit uns kommuniziert (Fragen wurden per Email sofort beantwortet) und uns während des Aufenthaltes in Madeira bestens betreut

The apartment is fabulous and met our expectations. Pictures are fair and truly reflect what it looks like.
One star taken due to: - weak contact with the host after booking, responses were delayed. This shouldn't happen when reservation is not refundable, - host suggested to pay city tax while it's already included in price.
