Sehr schönes Apartment und stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es alles was man benötigt. Wir fanden es klasse, das es sogar ein Gäste WC gab. Schöner grosser Balkon und ein Pool ist vorhanden, leider gibt es dort keinen Schattenplatz. Auch war die Waschmaschine sehr praktisch, da wir noch weiter gereist sind.
Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, diese war ein Hauptgrund für die Buchung des Apartment und leider wurde das Problem während unsere Aufenthalts nicht behoben, im Schlafzimmer war es sehr warm. Für den Preis sollte alles einwandfrei funktionieren, leider kam man uns auch nicht entgegen. Auch gibts es in der Küche ein großes Ameisen Problem, diese verteilen sich dann auch fast überall im Apartment.

Eine tolle Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand. Schöner Balkon. Die Bilder geben 1:1 die Realität wieder. Gemütliches Bett, schönes Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette. Smart TV, Nespresso Maschine. Parken kein Problem direkt am Haus. Netter Gemeinschaftspool. Madeira als Urlaubsziel ist wirklich unterbewertet. Eine tolle Insel.
Die Klimaankage funktionierte nicht als wir ankamen UND es war dem Vermieter vorher bekannt daß sie nicht funktioniert. Für mich ein NoGo, weil ohne Klimaanlage hätte ich nicht gebucht. Vier Reparaturversuche während meines Urlaubs schlugen fehl. P.S. Ameisen mögen unklimatisierte überhitzte Wohnungen.
