Ok but uncomfortable and noisy

The house needs a good lick of paint and updating. The mattresses were awful and very uncomfortable and one of the beds was broken. Also with the trams thundering up and down the road outside from 6am til 00:30 sleep is rear

A great space and lovely house

The space was lovely, the house is huge with ample bedrooms all with plenty of space. As a family of five we had so much space. The house is decorated really nicely and the location was perfect for city centre are the arena. Communication with the Host was fast and clear. Would recommend this house

Do not stay here. We found live rat in one of the bedrooms. We had children with us and had to find alternative accommodation.

This Property had all the right things. It was so beautiful so clean and very accessible to me and my group of friends went there for an event at copo live Arena and it was so near and accessible to transport buses and trams honestly I’m definitely booking her again when I come to Manchester, this is going to be my spot Thank you volha wish we could’ve stayed longer 🙈🥰❤️

Great townhouse, modern, clean and perfect stay for a gig

The property was perfect for us. There’s was 8 of us staying as we were attending a gig. The house is modern, clean and plenty of space. You have everything you need. The host was also amazing. Any questions I asked were answered straight away. Absolutely no issues. Will defo be back.

There’s only one bathroom in the property, for us it was fine as there were only 8 of us. However if you have a larger party it may become queued for the shower. But it’s honestly well worth it. Great value for money.

One of the best weekends to date.

10 of us came down to Manchester for the weekend for a gig. We had the best time and loved our stay here. The house was clean and tidy. The guest left us some drinks which was very thoughtful.

WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANY ONE .

Unfortunately did not like anything. The house was not the same property. Was not told this before hand. The property was very cold downstairs, there was a big gap under the front door. The lock on the door was ridiculous to get in and out . Wasn't worth what me and my family paid. If we could get all our money back that would be perfect. I'd never stay again. There were holes in the floor 4 beds were broken . One bed even hadva picture frame were there was a hole. Absolutely joke. Myself and my family were furious. Garden didn't have what it offered. We froze downstairs the first night. She sent a handy man to fix the heating which didn't work until late Saturday afternoon. We were leaving Sunday morning. Absolutely disappointed wouldn't stay again. My family and I are still not happy WHAT COULD'VE BEEN BETTER? PROPER BEDD THAT DIDN'T LEAVE US IN PAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY! AND THE FACT THAT WE WERE A PARTY OF 13 . WE HAD TO GO AND BUY DISPOSABLE FORKS AS THERE WAS ONLY 2 . MADNESS
