The location and view was excellent. The apartment was spacious

Cleaning could be improved, very dusty in places especially the bedroom, I have a serious lung condition so that is not good for me. Towels and T towels have seen better days. shower was so slow to drain you had to turn it off and just stand thete for a good couple of minutes. Washing /drying machine complicated , no instructions. The bed was very creaky when you moved

Amazing location for the view alone, we loved the swivel chairs in the window. The wifi was amazing. Kitchen was beautiful, heating easy to use.

Area was too quiet for us. Advertised for 6 adults but one was a mattress on the floor! The wind howls through the gaps in The back door. The reception hallway was quite grim. Only one set of keys. Overall not a ‘generous feel’ compared to other places, barely any washing up liquid, no not 5 dishwasher tablets for 7 days, no extra bin bags, no tea bags, no welcome pack, no foil to line oven or grill. No vacuum or cleaning bits available for my spills or sand. Shower tray drained too slowly so couldn’t enjoy the luxurious shower without fear of a flood!

Very clean and tidy, size, decor and location were great.

The double bed was very squeaky, every time one of us rolled over the other knew about it. Annoying as this was the only fault but a good nights sleep is very important to us.

Stylish and spacious, lovely large lounge with original features, attractive kitchen, big TV and nice soft furnishings. Lovely view and a stone's throw from the sea front.

The entrance lobby felt tired and grubby and didn't make a great first impression. The door locks were flimsy and insecure, especially the main front door. The back door was very draughty and noisy and wind was blowing through, making the property cold. The cleanliness of the property was generally good, however, there are a few places that need remedial work (e.g. peeling paint, mildew, etc). The kitchen was well stocked in terms of crockery and cutlery but cookware was very limited (we bought food to cook but ended up ordering takeaway); kitchen utensils/cookware needed to be cleaned before use. The kitchen bin needs a lid. The toilet in main bathroom was slow to drain and looked like it would easily overflow. The double bed was incredibly noisy and creaked loudly at every move, leading to a very disturbed night's sleep (we eventually decamped to the sofabed but the light and noise from the main road made it difficult to sleep there too). The small step up into the en suite is a tripping hazard that could cause an accident (nearly had a broken toe!). No instructions on how to use any of the main appliances and no terrestrial TV channels (we had to use on demand apps). Sadly, it wasn't quite what we'd hoped for but with a little more attention it could be so much better.
