Sehr gute Lage: ruhig, viele Natur und natürlich ein schöner Park.

Fotomarketing und Preis sind in ihrer Korrelation stimmig, bilden aber nicht die Realität ab: * das Frühstück ist in jeder Jugendherberge besser und konkurriert eher mit Krankenhauskost: Zott-Joghurt und Frischli-Pudding statt Bio-Produkte; Aufback-Brötchen statt Brot (trotz Tagung der Bäcker); keine regionalen Wurst- und Käsewaren; alternative Ernährungsgewohnheiten haben keinen Resonanzraum; insgesamt sehr preiswert, fantasielos und nach Kühlschrank schmeckend * die Zimmer sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt von der Ausstattung her ungeeignet: es sei denn man möchte die ganze Zeit im Bett liegen und TV sehen Insgesamt konzeptlos und von der Ausstattung bis zum Frühstück nicht auf der Höhe der Zeit: so wird man keine Anschlussaufträge generieren und keine Mundpropaganda erzeugen. Der betriebswirtschaftliche Sparkurs hat trotz der Lage eine ungünstige Prognose.
