The view, the location, and Karen(host manager). She is a lovely lady.

For a place that has a cleaning fee, it wasn't well cleaned, especially at that price point. We didn't have water some morning(it seems like an area problem), but the agents waited until the last minute to inform us of this. The person who called me made it seem like something that had been happening for a while, and they were aware of it. But somehow, they didn't notify me as soon as they knew to give me the opportunity to cancel and find alternative accommodation. In terms of booking, the app gives a pay by {date} option and free cancelation. But when you book the agents request a deposit(50%), and only once you have paid, they inform about their no refund policy.
