We liked the view and the setup of everything in the flat.
There was a power outage (Eskom) for over 24hrs, so most of the things in the fridge we had to throw away. There is an inverter, but it was not plugged in. Climbing 11 floors of steps was not fun for old people like us.

The view is amazing and makes the work trip feel like a holiday. The interior design is pretty and functional. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of pots and pans which makes it easy and comfortable to cook. Heaters were provided for each room which helped for the extreme cold in the winter.
Insufficient preparation for load shedding. The internet works during load shedding which is comfortable, however, no lights during load shedding and the one chargeable light provided did not work properly.

View ,the space , all was great,
1or2 cupboards were not operating properly, and for a long stay with no cleaning and towel change was a bit odd

The location of the property was perfect, we could walk to nearby restaurants and the beach. It has beatiful views.
There were renovations in the next door property. The hammering and drilling were very unpleasant, which went on all day as well as on the weekend. A heads-up on the noise would have been appreciated. I'm of the strong view that the property should not be let out whilst renovations are done next door.
