The property is very clean & comfortable and the breakfast was very nice
I didn’t like that just 8pm we were experiencing electricity issues, were the was switch trip and we didn’t have wifi connection, we couldn’t use plugs for anything like charging cellphones or microwave to warm food☹️And even after contacting the property manager the was no solution! Also now that it cold it would be great to have enough wood for the fireplace as it was a cold weekend in Cape Town the fireplace was off because there was not enough wood the guy did try to make fore for us but it didn’t last long enough
Lastly, it would be good to know prior that you’ll be sharing the property with other people which was not made clear to us even upon arrival at the property.

The facility was great, serene. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist as best they can to make my stay comfortable.

Easy access, nice décor, good location.
No air conditioning in the room. No coffee plunger and no instant coffee. Plugs didn't work the whole of Friday evening and Saturday morning, which meant I couldn't charge any of my devices, nor did the fridge work. There is no hook in the bathroom to hang a robe. One bedside lamp didn't work the first night. Carpet is damaged in the room. Breakfast was only served from 07h30 onwards, which was too late for me to have and I feel this should have been made clearer when the booking was made.
