The location and the view.
TV are small with no Netflix. No air-conditioning or fan in the lounge. Hotel needs to upgrade the room facilities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The views were truly breathtaking! The self-catering facilities were excellent and very well-equipped. Perfect place to unwind. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.
The only minor downside was that the units are a bit outdated. However, everything was still very clean and well-maintained, so it did not take away from the overall comfort of our stay.

Upgrade television to smart TV and move to bedroom.
Carpets has a smell.
Breakfast was all the standard items. Nothing special. Croissants very poor quality and tiny.

The location was exceptional with fantastic views across the bay to Table Mountain. The breakfast on offer was pretty good and we appreciated the daily clean of our rooms.
The apartment was dated with many issues needing attention. The bathroom would flood with every shower. Pull chains on the fans were broken off. One of the ceiling fans looked like it wouldn't stay fixed to the ceiling much longer. The phone didn't work. Lots of minor fixes required.
