My partner had doubts over some reviews written on Bookings.com and I asked her to trust me. When we got there she was so amazed.

It’s only travelling fees (nothing to do with the property). The shops are far but tolerable since we came prepared

The location and security were fantastic

Accommodation doesn't match photos. The concierge service didn't meet us there at all even though we arranged to meet them at 6pm. The cleaning lady came down around 7pm, she had been waiting G for a considerable amount of time for the keys to the apartment to be ubered to her. She kindly let us in and did an excellent job cleaning even though she bore the brunt of our frustration. We tried calling on and off between 6 - 7 pm to find out what was happening with zero response. Eventually got messages via this app and email apologizing about cleaning crew running late which is not the issue we had. Communication with Propr was poor.
