It really felt like home to us so comphy

The cleaner was the rudest person ever met we had asked to extend only because my partner had to work unexpected and it was cold an raining I also just lost my mum I was however packed and ready to go when she arrived like the person on pH said to do I was cleaning because I felt bad she yelled at my children didn't want to know any thing and made me and my children stand in the rain for over an hour freezing with a small shitzo who is old she was shaking my kids were so embarrassed she didn't want to hear anything also she could have atleast offered us to stand in garage for shelter the next door neighbour asked if we needed help she looked like she felt really bad honestly she ruined our entire stay I would never back soley because I would never want to run into her ever again so sad it ruined such a lovely peaful escape Also not the best cleaner the room upstairs was dirty on floor partner was sure the blanket smelt like dog too

I stayed here with my family and had a good experience. The place was clean when we arrived, the beds were good and the kitchen was practical with staff we needed. The bathrooms were clean, self check-in was simple and stress-free and the location was handy for shops and the beach

Stayed here again and had a really good experience. The place was clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and both bathrooms were clean and worked perfectly throughout our stay.The location was really handy.Check-in was straightforward, parking was easy and overall we felt it was great value for money. We'd happily stay here again.

Clean

Damp towel were left on the 2 master beds and made the bedding and mattresses wet, the home had a weird odour (wet carpet type smell), the garage door didn’t work, had to pull it open by a rope, only one air conditioner in upstairs bedroom, the rest of the house was hot and stuffy, couldn’t work/operate the ‘climate control thingy’ and the fridge was very noisy. And no towels were left out in the bathrooms to dry hands on..
