The home features a family-friendly arcade, a screened-in porch with stunning lake views, and a fully equipped kitchen. Private Dock: Ideal for boating and swimming! The dock provides direct access to the calm waters, perfect for parking your boat and taking refreshing swims.
Spacious Living Areas: The living room is designed for comfort with large cozy couches, fireplaces, and a big-screen TV, making it perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day on the lake.
Well-Appointed Bedrooms: This home features four comfortable bedrooms and six beds, including one king, three queens, and a trundle bed (two singles, best for children). Please note: Franklin County regulations limit occupancy to six adults and up to four children under the age of three for four-bedroom, three-bathroom short-term rentals.
Family Arcade: The lower-level game room features classic arcade games, providing endless fun for all ages. Challenge family and friends to some friendly competition while enjoying the home’s relaxed vibe.
Screened-in Porch: Overlooking the lake, the screened porch is a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the stunning lake views.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, the private dock, game room with arcade, screened-in porch, and outdoor areas. Enjoy swimming or bringing your own boat to dock. While boats and water floatation items are not provided for insurance reasons, we do offer lifejackets for your safety. The only restricted areas are the locked owner`s closets and the garage, which are off-limits.

The property was beautiful! We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch & looking at beautiful scenery. The house was lovely - nicely decorated, furnished & clean. We look forward to our next visit
