Smith Mountain Lake Retreat!!!!! Our 4BR/4BA quiet no wake cove waterfront retreat is perfect for families of all ages, and just 15 min from Bridgewater Plaza and 12 minutes from the Mariners Landing Country Club. The house is 0.4 Miles from Virginia Dare Cruise and Marina.

Main level: Full kitchen with table for 4, spacious living room, Sun room, Master bathroom with master bath with jetted tub, large second bedroom and full bath. Living Room and bedroom both feature Roku TVs.
Upper level: full bathroom, 1 guest bedroom with king bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds perfect for children.
Lower level: Laundry area, full bathroom, poker/bumper pool table
Outdoors: Ample parking with 2 carports and a large paved driveway. Spacious screened in porch with ample seating with stunning views of the lake. Step down from the screened in porch to a large deck. There is a separate seating platform above the boat house which is perfect for watching the sunset.
Lake area: Private Deep water dock with large swim platform.
Pets are welcomed, but MUST be registered on reservation and fee paid on the reservation.
Check in is at 4pm / Check out is at 10am. Access provided via unique keypad code that is shared with you prior to arrival.
You will have full access to the home, with the exception of the garage, unless you are renting the golf cart. There is ample driveway parking at the property.

This vacation home was absolutely amazing. It was very unique with plenty of space. Especially love the large screened in porch. This home smelled clean and fresh as we entered. The house was immaculate.The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very approachable and responded quickly with any questions. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation to relax and enjoy the beautiful view..

Great spot for our family trip. Convenient location, close to marinas for boat rentals, deep water for swimming, the no wake zone was perfect for kayaking and our kids loved fishing from the dock. We also enjoyed the ice cream boat passing by regularly. The rental process and communication with the owner was excellent. He was very responsive to our questions. The house was as pictured, clean and provided plenty of space and comfort for our family group of 10. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to others.
