About this farm stay rental
Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Pine Haven Farms is a working farm. Spread out and enjoy the pastoral surroundings. We are located less than two miles away from Magnum Point Marina at Smith Mountain Lake if you want to add some lake time to your vacation stay. Please be aware that electric fencing is used for the cattle. Children should be supervised at all times.
We are always available to help with any need, but do not live on the property. If you would like to help with any of the livestock, you will be welcome to with guidance from our farm manager.
This is a rural area of Franklin County. Our farm is surrounded by other farms. Just down the road is Magnum Point Marina. It is the perfect place to put in your boat or rent one to enjoy all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer.
Guests will have full use of the house as well as many areas of the farm to explore.
You and your family will have the entire house to yourself. There are four large bedrooms with six total beds and 2 full baths and one half bath.
You will come and go by motor vehicle. There is tons of parking for several cars and boat trailers.
If you decide to pick fruit or vegetables from the orchard or gardens, please pull a few weeds to pay it forward for the next guests.

The property was just what we needed! Beautiful and a chance to disconnect and enjoy family and nature. The spare queen bed was nice t used due to it being very uncomfortable. A thicker foam or an actual mattress is needed. The bed in the master is very squeaky! Not conducive for certain romantic activities.
