This quietly located apartment offers modern comforts, well-thought-out amenities, and a cozy atmosphere where you can unwind and relax.
The heart of the apartment is the bright living and dining area, which, with its stylish furniture and plenty of natural light, invites you to unwind. The open, fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals—whether it’s a cozy breakfast for two or dinner with a view.
A highlight is the sunny balcony: Here you can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air—with a table, two high chairs, a comfortable lounge chair, and a practical drying rack for longer stays.

On-site fees: Payment is due upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or, if applicable, via a key box. Pets are not allowed. A visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged in addition on-site. There is a free guest parking lot in front of the house. Bicycles and e-bikes can be securely parked in the garage, and e-bikes can be charged there.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
