Vacation rental for up to 3 people:

Our bright, 65 m² vacation apartment on the 2nd floor is accessible via a comfortable staircase. The entryway features a full-length mirror, a coat rack, and a shoe rack. The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed (180x200 cm) with two slatted frames and separate mattresses (open at the foot of the bed), and an armchair. From there, you have access to a small south-facing balcony with a parasol and seating.
The cozy living room features a high-quality sleeper sofa (can accommodate a third person), a table with three armchairs and a reading lamp, a cabinet, and a flat-screen TV.
The large kitchen-living area features a kitchenette with two ceramic cooktops, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a sink, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a radio/CD player, and dishes. There are plenty of kitchen utensils available. The room also features a dining area for 3 people and a large dish cabinet.
The natural-light bathroom is tiled in light colors and features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, various storage options, and a heated towel rack.
All windows have exterior roller shades (some electric)



On-site costs: Payment of the total price must be made in advance via bank transfer, no later than 14 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payment must be made as soon as possible.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A travel crib for children can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.The tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night (children ages 6–17: €1.00) will be charged in cash on-site. One free bottle of water upon arrival. Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, kitchen towels, and final cleaning are included.Locked parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles; free charging for e-bikes.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
