The entry to the apartment that I rented was on the stairwell and this was rather loud in the evenings and early morning. The space acts like a large speaker.

The friendliness and cleanliness. It felt like a safe place. They gave us free tickets for the train. That's very useful when you want to hike (and have a drink) in the region.

Très bon séjour mais un manque de signalétique très gênant surtout la nuit . Heureusement la prise en charge de l’employ

Le descriptif correspondait à la réalité .

En fait , juste une remarque d’ordre pratique . La rue a été très difficile à trouver . C’est dans un lotissement classique de l’Allemagne mais la pancarte n’indique pas le terme de Straße ou de Weg . Il y a 2 panneaux indiquant la résidence sur une direction mais il en manque un 3e car la rue du lotissement est petite .

Alleine oder zu zweit (und ggf. mit Hund) eine schöne Übernachtungsmöglichkeit!

Ich bin mit Hund angereist, das war kein Problem und es lagen Napf, Hundehandtuch und auch Kekse für meinen Hund bereit! Zudem hatten wir ein Appartement mit Zugang zu einer Terrasse- das war besonders am sehr sonnigen Sonntag einfach toll! Kurze Laufwege in die Stadt.

Wohfühlcharakter

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mitten in einem Wohnviertel, jedoch unweit vom Kurpark und City entfernt.

Es war alles bestens. Sogar einen Kaffeeautomaten im Gesellschaftsbereich. Man kann sich auch außerhalb des Apartments treffen. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten sind vorhanden. Und, Frau Hüttig, die Gastgeberin, eine nette symphatische Frau.

Notausgänge verschlossen und nur mit der Schlüsselkarte zu öffnen und auch der Zugriff auf einen Feuerlöscher nur über Schlüsselkarte möglich! Das geht garnicht!

Kann die Apartmentanlage nur empfehlen und würde wiederkommen

Die ruhige Lage des Apartments und die Nähe zum Ortskern ist hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und extrem zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Die Möglichkeit einen Stellplatz zu bekommen ist super, da begrenzter Parkraum. Da ich mit Hund angereist bin, war ich begeistert, dass für den Hund ein Handtuch sowie ein Napf zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Ebenfalls positiv rundet das Angebot der Apartmentanlage ein Getränke, Kühlschrank, Kaffeevollautomat, Sitzecken.

Die Separate Kosten bezüglich des Stellplatzes/Tiefgarage bei Reservierung waren leider nicht im Preis des Apartments inclusive . Da eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile im Schlafraum steht, stört das anspringen des Kühlschrankes zu Schlafenszeit an wenig.

Die Lage südlich der Ahr war genial! Mit kurzen Wegen zum Kurpark und ins Stadtzentrum!! Die netten Gastgeber halfen bei allen Anliegen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
