We are the Radermachers!
Miriam, Lukas, and our two sons, Gabriel and Jakob. Since November 2025, our dog Mona has also been part of our family.
In July 2020, we moved into our own home and, at the same time, began setting up the “Kleines Ahrweiler” vacation rental on the upper floor. We’ve put our heart and soul into this place to create a cozy atmosphere for you, where your vacation will be truly enjoyable!
Our certified 4-star vacation rental “Kleines Ahrweiler” is located in the heart of the red wine capital of Ahrweiler. It’s the ideal starting point for your vacation in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler and the Ahr Valley. Enjoy Ahr wine in the historic old town of Ahrweiler, explore the Red Wine Hiking Trail, and simply relax and enjoy your stay with us.

A Little About Ahrweiler:

Spanning just under 65 square meters of air-conditioned attic space, divided into a bedroom, bathroom, and living/dining room, as well as a kitchen, a spacious hallway, a storage closet, and a balcony, it offers enough space to accommodate two people for at least three nights per stay. Traveling with children is possible thanks to the pull-out couch and a crib. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The bedroom features a made-up double bed, a wardrobe, and a sideboard, as well as air conditioning and a TV. The windows can be darkened using blackout blinds. In the living/dining room, you’ll find a dining table for four people, a pull-out sofa bed that extends to 1.40 m, a TV, and air conditioning. The south-facing balcony is accessible from here, and the large window front can be darkened with heat-protective roller shades. The view from the balcony out over the vineyards is beautiful!
The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need to prepare a light breakfast or an evening meal. We have a Nespresso capsule machine, as well as a drip coffee maker, a kettle with a selection of teas, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer drawer, and a basic supply of vinegar, oil, and salt. 



On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking and must be transferred within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings made up to 7 days before arrival, 100% of the payment is due in cash upon arrival or upon presentation of a bank transfer receipt upon arrival. The following conditions apply to cancellations: Cancellations made up to 6 weeks before arrival are free of charge; thereafter, 90% of the room rate will be charged, provided the apartment cannot be rented to another guest for the entire duration of your stay. We therefore recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. No refund or compensation will be provided in the event of early departure. Check-in is generally possible from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out is due by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A travel crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged on-site (if applicable). Depending on the booking portal, the tourist tax may have already been included in the booking price. Additional fees: - A charging station (wallbox) for electric cars can be used upon request for an additional charge of €0.50 per kWh; the corresponding parking space is available only for the duration of the charging process directly at the property. Billing is handled via the accompanying chip card, which is scanned at the end of your stay, and payment is made in cash or invoiced. 



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
