About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a 5-unit building. Three of the units are used by the owners as vacation rentals. Ours and one other unit are rented out to vacationers.
The vacation rental is in a quiet location yet close to the Pfronten-Ried train station (0.9 km) and the Sonnenlifte Pfronten ski lift/mountain railway (3.8 km). Shopping options include a supermarket, butcher, and bakery (0.5 km), as well as a public electric car charging station (0.5 km).
The Königscard is included in the price. This card includes many free services, such as mountain railways, swimming pools, thermal baths, museums, and much more. More information can be found on the Königscard website.

A high-quality, non-smoking apartment with cozy seating areas, from which the view of the mountains invites you to linger. The kitchen, featuring a Miele stove and dishwasher, is well-equipped. In addition to dishes, silverware, and various glasses, a snack box and thermos are ready for your next outing. From a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and hand blender to pots and pans—everything is provided.
The double bed in the bedroom features two 80-cm mattresses and a wardrobe.
The en suite bathroom, featuring a towel warmer and a Grohe shower system, is equipped with towels, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.
Thanks to the washer-dryer, a longer stay is a pleasure.
The sun terrace rounds out the vacation rental and invites you to relax.

On-site fees: The total price is due via bank transfer immediately after booking. Check-in: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Check-out: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Since we live very close by—just 12 km away—a quick call before your arrival is all it takes, and we’ll come personally to hand over the keys. We’d be happy to show you around your vacation home upon arrival and give you a warm welcome. Alternatively, you can also use a key box to gain access to the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The visitor’s tax is €2.40 for guests 17 and older; €1.50 per person per day for children ages 6–16. The Königscard is included.
