Welcome to our cozy Edelsberg vacation apartment.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Oberreuten, a small hamlet of Seeg. From the south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view of the mountain that gives the area its name—the Edelsberg—as well as the ruins of Freyberg and Eisenberg.
Unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
You can set out on numerous hiking and biking tours right from the apartment. In winter, there’s a sledding hill below the house. By car, you can quickly reach many other attractions, such as mountain railroads, an indoor swimming pool, a forest ropes course, Neuschwanstein Castle, and much more.
We offer our guests a comfortable and fully furnished apartment.
Our younger guests can enjoy an on-site playground, pedal tractors, table tennis, a trampoline, a climbing wall, and much more. A special highlight is always a ride on our vintage tractor.
We provide you with the KönigsCard, which offers a wide range of free services.
Edelsberg Vacation Rental / 2 Bedrooms:
This comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment has a separate entrance/staircase and is located on the upper floor. It features two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one triple bedroom) with a south-facing balcony, a spacious living room/kitchen, and a shower/toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment (3*), electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.
Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Hand towels and bath towels are provided in the apartment according to the number of guests booked.
Living area with a comfortable sofa and TV.
Outside, you’ll find various seating areas where you can relax and wind down at the end of the day.
The apartment is the ideal starting point for your adventure-filled vacation in the Allgäu.
On-site fees: A deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Please settle the remaining balance 14 days before arrival. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out by 9:00 AM. Different times may be arranged upon request. Key handover: in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib and high chair are available upon request at no charge. Tourist tax: €1.95 per adult; €0.90 per child (ages 6–15). Bed linens can be added to your booking upon request. Hand towels and bath towels are provided in the apartment. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee
