With two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—it can accommodate
up to 4 people.
An open seating area is located right next to the fully equipped, separate kitchen.
The spacious living room features a cozy couch and two large flat-screen TVs.
From here, as well as from one of the bedrooms, you have direct access to the terrace and the spacious garden.
The bathroom includes a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub.


The apartment is located in the Karwendel building in the center of Mittenwald, near the town center.
The building features a free underground parking garage and an elevator.

On-site costs: Payment Terms: To finalize a binding reservation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 7 days via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance can be paid at any time. An automated payment request will be sent no later than 14 days before arrival. However, payments can also be made on-site in cash or by card. Keys will be handed over upon full payment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Deposits will be refunded without any fees. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be charged; for cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the rental cost will be charged. Tourist taxes are only due for stays. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Check-in at our front desk: We look forward to welcoming you in person at our front desk in the Holzhaus starting at 4:00 PM. Check-In with a Key Safe: Would you prefer to go straight to your vacation home rather than picking up the keys at our reception desk in Wallgau? We’d be happy to set up a key safe directly at your accommodation. Just let us know if you’d like this service. We ask that you pay the full travel costs in advance and complete the online check-in. Your vacation home will be available to you starting at 4:00 PM on your arrival day. On your departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest. We’ll provide you with the Alpenwelt Card—your personal guest card—in digital format. If you prefer, we can also print out a physical copy. We’re happy to provide baby gear free of charge if needed. Pets are not allowed.
