Relax in our peaceful setting, just a few minutes from Losheimer Lake. Here, you’ll find numerous biking and hiking trails that invite you to explore the picturesque surroundings. So venture out and discover the beauty of nature!
Our family-friendly amenities, such as a nearby public playground and bike parking, make your stay even more enjoyable. Plus, our balcony with a view of the greenery offers a cozy spot for social evenings. Free internet access and satellite TV ensure that you’re always well entertained.

Our new, modern, bright 80 m² vacation rental is located on the 1st floor with a south-facing view of the countryside. The newly furnished vacation rental features spacious rooms, 1 double bedroom with a living area + 1 room with 2 beds and a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and the charm of exposed ceiling beams, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a balcony with seating, a storage room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, stereo, parking space, and is just a few minutes’ drive from the lake. Since we’re right next to the shopping street Haagstraße, you can reach all the major stores in just a few minutes on foot.
On-site costs: A 50% prepayment will be charged upon booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. We ask our guests to pay a security deposit of 100€ upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after the final cleaning, rather than in cash. Bicycles can be parked outdoors. A locked bicycle storage area is available only upon request.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
