This approximately 90-square-meter vacation apartment was furnished to a high standard in 2024 with great attention to detail.
For anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this quiet location on the outskirts of town is ideal. Surrounded by the forest and just a few steps from the picturesque lake, you can enjoy magnificent views right from your apartment. The terrace with patio furniture invites you to relax and unwind, while the nearby biking and hiking trails invite you to explore the unspoiled natural surroundings.
This non-smoking accommodations are perfect for solo travelers, families, seniors, and singles who love nature. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to ensure peace and comfort for all guests. Enjoy complimentary extras such as Wi-Fi, laundry service, and use of the dryer.

Vacation Rental:
Welcome to the beautiful Naturraum vacation rental in Losheim am See. The approximately 90-square-meter vacation rental is located in our new building and was completed in 2024. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance on the side of the house. It is completely new and furnished to a high standard, with a cozy, nature-inspired design. The front door opens directly into the open and inviting living/dining area. Here you’ll find the kitchen, complete with a central island and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items, including plates, cutlery, pans, pots, and other cooking utensils. An induction cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, and coffee maker (Senseo) are also provided. In the center is a dining table with six chairs to provide ample seating for all guests. The living area, featuring a sofa and TV, is directly connected to this space. The sofa can be converted into a sleeper sofa, providing an additional sleeping option. The entire back wall in the living area is covered with photo wallpaper depicting the view behind the vacation rental. A view across meadows and fields toward the forest. Furthermore, the apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200m), a wardrobe, and a dresser for storing your clothes. This room, too, is lovingly decorated, and you’ll feel right at home. A baby crib can be set up in the bedroom free of charge. We can provide additional sleeping arrangements either via the pull-out couch in the living room or via two rollaway beds (190x80 cm). The bathroom features a large, walk-in rain shower at floor level with a separate showerhead, a toilet, and a sink. Here, too, the use of pebbles creates a natural look. Towels, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, soap, and toilet paper are provided. There is also a small storage room with various cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, etc. All rooms have underfloor heating, which provides cozy warmth. The heating can be adjusted using switches in each room. Electric roller shutters are installed on all windows. Smoke detectors are also provided. Outside on the terrace, during the summer months, there is a seating area with a table, six chairs, and a gas grill. Here, you can relax and enjoy the evening sun as the day comes to a close. Two parking spaces are available free of charge directly in front of the vacation rental. Wi-Fi and cable TV are also free of charge. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are also not permitted.
On-site fees: A deposit equal to 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Access to the apartment is via a PIN code at the front door, which will be provided in advance via email. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided upon request (free of charge).
