The apartment not only offers bike storage and an electric car charging station but also free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected at all times. Vacation Rental:
Our non-smoking vacation rental offers 54 square meters of space for up to four people.
Access to the apartment is via the main entrance and the stairs. The apartment has been recently renovated and is comfortably furnished. The apartment is air-conditioned.
The bedroom has 3 beds that can be arranged separately or pushed together. (Bed sizes: 90x200 cm or 1x90x200 + 1x180x200 cm).
Additionally, there is a bed (120x200 cm) available in the living room. The living room is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and a dining table.
The bathroom features a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. Hallway with an air conditioner and a coat rack. Small balcony with seating. Basement storage room for bicycles, etc. (includes electrical outlet)
On-site fees: A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib is available on-site upon request. Other applicable fees: An electric vehicle charging station is available (for a fee). Shared use of the swing set, trampoline, and covered pool (7x3.5m) in the neighboring yard is possible by arrangement. Information on included services: Bedding, towels, parking, Wi-Fi, final cleaning
