The apartment is located in the Chartrons district of Bordeaux, a dynamic place where the history of wine meets a bohemian chic atmosphere. In its cobbled streets, you will discover art galleries, trendy boutiques and outdoor cafes, perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of this popular district. Despite this effervescence, the apartment is very quiet and perfectly located to discover the city. You can access the train station directly thanks to tram C.
The entrance is on the first floor with the help of a key box. After the front door, a staircase leads to the apartment, making it unsuitable for people with difficulty moving around or climbing stairs.
Ideal for four people, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated. At the top of the stairs, you access the main room, a bright space that includes the kitchen, living room and dining room. Thanks to a large glass roof on the ceiling, this room is bathed in light and serves all the other rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, fridge, microwave, four-burner hob, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso) as well as all the utensils you need to cook and eat. The living room has a Samsung The Frame 55" Smart TV.
From the living room, a glass door leads you to a sun outdoor terrace, not overlooked. A second door gives access to a separate toilet, while the last two doors lead to the bedrooms.
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160 cm), storage space and a private bathroom. Note that the bedrooms are attic and there is no toilet in the bathrooms.
The apartment has been recently renovated with quality materials, and it offers a very pleasant living environment. The apartment is equipped with a fiber optic connection for fast internet as well as a 55" smart TV. Sheets, towels and linen are provided!
