This home sits in the heart of downtown Madison!! Unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Ohio River & Madison Bridge. 2 bedroom, 2 bath single story home with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable spacious living room.

There is easy access to all things Madison from this beautifully updated, well furnished, centrally located home.
Just feet from the Ohio River with only green space between you and the Riverwalk. Festivals on Vaughn Drive or peaceful walks along the river are right outside your front door.

This is a great property, it was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The location was perfect! It is close to all kinds of things to do and places to eat. We would definitely recommend and plan to come back.

We were lucky to find this amazing property for the Madison Regatta. We had a great view of the river and watched the fireworks from the back deck. The house was clean and very comfortable. The communication between the host and us could not have been better. All questions were answered quickly.This will be our first choice on our return visits to Madison.
