Newly remodeled, well furnished, single story spacious home in the heart of everything going on in historic downtown Madison, Indiana.
Steps from the river puts you on the doorstep of the Riverwalk and all the festivals on Vaughn Dr.
Just 2 blocks to Main St makes an easy walk to all of the shopping, dining and events on Main St.
Close to the public boat ramp and ample room for boat parking makes this one a boaters dream.
Short drive to Hanover College and Clifty Falls State Park
Views of the Ohio River and Madison bridge are beautiful from the front porch.
You will receive a door code the day before your stay for a contactless entry.

We really enjoyed our stay in Madison, IN. It was perfect renting both sides of this duplex, with our 4 families! The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies and we appreciated the hosts thoughtful gifts and snacks! The place was well decorated and clean. The location was PERFECT. We had a river view from the front porch. We enjoyed walking from the house to the Main Street shops, and enjoyed river walks every day! The mattresses on all of the beds were not great. One family left a night early to go to their beds at home. Thank you for a great stay!

What a find! Beautiful place, great location and a fabulous host. Everything within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, boat ride, ice cream, wineries, etc.
