Discover this Fully Renovated Historic 4-bedroom gem in Madison, Indiana. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this amazing house offers a truly comfortable retreat for guests. We offer 5 Samsung smart TV’s in this home- one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Smoke detectors & CO2 Detectors throughout the home. Immerse yourself in the cozy ambiance and make use of the provided amenities, including fast reliable Wi-Fi.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, > 30 spices, olive oil, veg oil, baking powder, baking soda, pots/pans, baking sheets, muffin pan, large variety of utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, stove tea pot, water pitchers for lemonade/tea etc., glass & plastic drink cups, tall & short, 12 person corelle plate set, kids forks/spoons, standard & Keurig coffee makers with a variety of k-cup & ground original coffees/flavored coffees/tea-including tea bags & decaf coffee, flavored & original creamers & sweeteners.
Bedrooms: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 full futon (with thick mattress topper), portable fans on every nightstand, ceiling fans in each bedroom, ear plugs in the nightstands, several pillows to choose from, extra blankets & blackout curtains. Closets have hangers available for your use. 2 Pack n plays are available for your use- 1 is in large bathroom closet and one is in the king bedroom. Pack n play sheets are kept in the large bathroom closet. Smoke detectors & CO2 Detectors.
Bathrooms: The 3 bathrooms are equipped with everything you need including hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, shower/bathtub, "forgot something baskets"(razors/toothbrush/ear plugs/toothpaste & more), plenty of towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup removal washcloths & hair dryers in every bathroom.
Living Room: Very Cozy living room also with a smart TV, streaming your personal favorites, ceiling fan, 6 input iphone/android charging station.
Dining Room: Large dining table perfect for meals, playing cards/games, etc. High chair & infant activity table is kept in the dining room.
Dedicated Private Work Space: Take advantage of a quiet place to work or read when needed, in our library. Our library houses a variety of media detailing the history of Madison, Indiana, including art festival prints, old post cards, history books, etc. The library also contains the downstairs thermostat.
Futon Bedroom/Movie Room: Movie room w a variety of adult & child DVD's, 55" smart TV, children's books/games, infant/toddler activity cube.
Laundry Room: Washer/Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Steamer with distilled water available, Broom/Dust Pan.
Parking: This home has an attached carport to the entry door, additional street parking available as well,
MADISON, INDIANA is known as the “City of Music” and keeps a packed event schedule to include hydroplane racing, multiple food, music & fun festivals, art festivals, wineries/breweries, brand new community pool complex that preserved the 1938 “seashore” design while adding more modern features - Crystal Beach Aquatic Park that boasts 2 waterslides, an activity tower for all abilities, diving board, wet deck, lazy river, lap lanes & water fitness classes (daily public swim hours during the season). Accessibility: the pool complex is designed to serve individuals of all abilities.

Very welcoming and clean home well located just off the main drag in Downtown Madison. We took full advantage of the proximity to Hinkle's, the Saturday farmers market, and other shops and coffee houses. Michelle is a very sweet and responsive host. Highly recommend the property.

We had a girls trip to Madison to enjoy some time together and explore the shops. The house was conveniently located so we didn’t have to go far to get where we wanted to go. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make it a great place to stay.

Every year all the girl first cousins get together for a fun bonding weekend. This year we decided on Madison and rented a house and when we all arrived we were blown away and so impressed with the house and all the personal touches. The host has thought of everything to make our trip amazing. Would definitely reserve again the next time we visit Madison.

Michelle was a wonderful host, the property was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens for everyone to use. She thought of everything from toothbrushes to ear plugs. Very impressed with our stay , we will definitely be back.
