THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME - THE PLACE IS VERY KID FRIENDLY - WITH PLENTY FOR THE ADULTS TO DO. !!- Hot tub to die for? Enjoy a TASTY steak on grill, chill out on the 70ft deck overlooking the beautiful lake. Or maybe the blackout curtains are perfect for a peaceful nap or a good night’s sleep. Kids can enjoy their own private clubhouse that has a lot of things to keep them busy., rock wall, a loft to lay around or camp out - - big screen TV with WIFI to play video games or watch a scary movie with their BFF- comes with smoke alarms, security locks & cameras so mom can eaves drop if wanted. Fill your self with laughter on the tire swing, be swept off feet. Adults can enjoy a private hot tub- overlooking the lake -Enjoy the music with the WIFI speakers on deck. Or go down to the dock, relax & stretch out in the plenty of sunshine. The fish are pretty large - biggest so far was about 40 pounds, throw in a line and grab a monster.
We have canoes and kayaks for those who love to explore the water - Plenty of life jackets and paddles
if you really feel energetic, rent the motorboat and go tubing or water skiing.. lots of fun for the whole family..
After a long day of activities, relax around the firepit and roast some marshmallows or read your favorite book..
The mornings are my favorite, If your a bird lover, all the different species of birds fill the bird feeders and we also have corn to feed the ducks that flood the waterfront.. it's so peaceful... the children will love the wildlife here..
If the weather is nice, enjoy a movie in the yard - we have a projector and screen available ( WIFI) . Lots of fun to watch a Disney movie outside , with a tub of popcorn, just like the good old days.
Come and relax - Our lake house has everything you need.. cabinets are stocked with pots pans silverware, dishes and some food and spices. and all appliances needed.
Every kid that comes gets a choice of there favorite NEW beanie baby to bring back to their home to remind them of the GREAT time they had here in North Vernon Indiana..

Hot tub was clean and ready. Rooms were in great shape. Communication was great and binder at the place was clear to understand.

Overall, we had a great time. There were a few inconveniences that we weren’t aware of before arriving, but we made the most of it. The lake recently did a fish kill, so there were dead carp everywhere. We did have the max amount of people staying and could really use the second bathroom that is currently under construction. However, the playhouse was a big hit with our 4 year old and the host left a goodie basket of stuffies and smore making supplies. Thank you for having us.

Loved everything about the place the lake was great. Wish the play house was air conditioned cause it get hot even with the fan but was amazing will stay again

What an absolutely amazing time we had. Can't think of anything we might have needed that was already thought and supplied. Everywhere you looked was something special to make you smile. Already planning future trips. Thank you so much.
