This home has over 1900 square feet living area with attached sunroom and a 50 foot deck with outdoor grill and cooker. Outdoor fire pit with plenty of firewood. The home has a shared bathroom with shower and a master bathroom with soaker tub and shower. There are four private bedrooms and the fifth bedroom with twin beds has a curtain providing privacy from the dining room and living room. You’ll love the property because of the location and the views. The house has 3 tv's with cable (Direct TV). There is a 52 inch flat screen in the common living room, a tv in the master bedroom and a 3rd one in another bedroom The property is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. It Is 30 minutes to Madison, In-15 minutes to Vevay, In, 20 minutes to Belterra Casino, 30 minutes to the Kentucky Speedway, 11/2 hour to Louisville, 1 hr 20 minutes to Cincinnati and less than 1 hr to the Creation Museum.
Limited fishing is permitted upon request.

We loved our stay and can't wait to come back! The house was very nice, comfortable and well stocked. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our grandson caught the biggest of many fish caught and we enjoyed many hours on the deck playing games. The people in the area are very friendly and a visit to Shell's for ice cream is a must! this house was great for our family... very well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was in the home. the 4 star for the online listing accuracy was that there is not a hot tub on the property. Otherwise, it is as stated.

We brought our grown daughter, her teen and her grown son with wife and 2 babies under 2 yrs. Also, 3 other young adult grand children and a senior aged sister. The place was great. Owner has thought of everything we might need to enjoy our stay. The pictures were accurate, the back deck was fantastic, we used the fire pit one night and it was great. We saw all kinds of wildlife. Caught alot of fish but put them back. Easiest owner to deal with, very flexible and kind.

The property is beautiful and has great outdoor spaces including the back porch, fishing dock and fire pit. The house has plenty of room for dining and lounging incase the weather is too bad to enjoy the outside. We especially enjoyed the sunroom off of the master suite. The owners are very nice and respond quickly if needed. The property is located about 30 minutes from Madison and 15 minutes from Vevay.

Property was a great location to visit both the Ark and Creation Museum. Plus we had a few days of just quite. Would recommend the property to anyone. The host went above what was expected of him. More fully equiped than normal. Excellent property for peace and quite family time.

We chose this property because it's equal distance or better for each of us, one 600 miles ease, one 600 miles west and one 350 to the north. Was a great family reunion. We were totally comfortable on this property. Everything was provided that we might have needed or wanted. A really great time in a fabulous location and dwelling.

Our stay was wonderful and so relaxing. The property was exactly as pictured including the adorable deer visitors. Mark and Janet were so welcoming and responsive and were very quick to answer all of our questions. They even gave up their TV option so we could watch football, you can’t ask for more than that in a host! I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!!

This home is well-maintained and clean!! Everything you could possibly want or need was there. Beds were comfy and the living room was set up with furniture that was perfect for the five sisters to sit comfortably and visit. There are two wonderful tables inside for meals and crafts. The outdoor table (which seats 12) was fabulous for morning coffee, evening drinks or meals for a large group. The grounds were fantastic for exploring in the woods or just catching glimpses from the beautiful picture window of deer and birds and a harvest moon. We would love to return to this little bit of heaven. Thank you

If you want a place to kick back and relax with friends or family and enjoy each other‘s company and mother nature, this is the place. Spent a few days with three of my lifelong friends that we have been doing for several years, and I think we found the place that we will be going back to for the years to come. It was a unexpected surprise to see ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and some of the common areas and a huge mechanical awning for the back deck. With 90° days during our stay, it was a lifesaver, . Mark was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay with any questions that we had about the property and very nice to work with. For us, this place checked all the boxes that we have been looking for in a property to get together and catch up. We will definitely be going back.

You will not be dissapointed! The property and owners Mark and Janet were great! We arrived a little ahead of schedule and were allowed an early check in. Mark's brother was there doing some yard work and we chatted with him for a while and learned a little more about the area. The house was perfect for our group of 9 motorcycle riders. The drivieway and parking area was huge for us to park our trucks and trailers. The pond which does have fish for catch and release was beautiful to sit in the gazebo and enjoy. We enjoyed taking walks around the property, there is a nice firepit area which we didnt use since it was so hot out. The deck is huge with a couple of nice grills for cooking. The house has everything you need for the comforts of home.

This house and land are amazing! Despite rain, we all had a great time; even managed to get in some swimming and fishing. It was so much more than we expected. The owners were very responsive to emails since the day we booked the house! Highly recommend this property.

This was a nice get away with our kids and some of their friends. The house was the perfect size for our 8 people and 2 dogs. Everthing was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the ac worked great.We enjoyed walks down the country road and putting puzzles together. Absolutely loved the sunroom! The few downsides were the ramp to the pond was a bit precarious because the water was low and you could sometimes hear the neighbor's music. Other than that is was great! Mark was very quick to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property and we would defini2tely return!

This lovely, clean, comfortable home can be enjoyed by a large group or a couple. As you step onto the back porch, the beauty that surrounds you will amaze you. The pond and creek are a delight. The well stocked firepit is so wonderful for making s'mores after a long day. A canopy can cover the deck's table and chairs. The house is so easy to live in. Everything you need is readily available. The living room, kitchens and dining room are spacious and comfortable. The owner is so communicative. He is intent on making certain your stay is enjoyable. Our kids and grandkids loved it, and so did the dogs. My granddaughter called it a fun house.

Beautiful home and setting. We had eight adults and stayed three nights. Plenty of space and beds for all of us. Place is as advertised. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities. Hopefully next time. Great host to work with . Everyone agreed to try to go back here next year. Thank you for sharing your home.

It was a great place to be together as a family. It is a distance to even get to a grocery but we came prepared and enjoyed the quiet , the lawn, and the fishing pond. The house was very well stocked so we didn’t have to worry about trips to pick up things.
