The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 65 m² house for rent in Distré, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a mezzanine, a shower room and a 750 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 22 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- On the mezzanine : double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 19 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 750 m² private enclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Distré, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (5 vehicles maximum).
