The location was as advertised and host was very responsive. The online checking and checkout times did not match what we were told by the host. The access to the beach was unclear and did not seem possible unless we trespassed.

Best host! She was very communicative always responded quickly and explained everything, even things I didn’t think about asking! When I’m in cocoa beach this is the only place my family and I will stay! We also got to see a rocket launch from the beach! We had Walmart delivered and McDonalds for breakfast which was super easy also!

We had such a great stay! The property was just as described and even more breathtaking in person. Our host, Vanessa made sure to reach out about anything we may have needed, offered recommendations, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to be right on the beach yet still have their own privacy.

Everything was wonderful and as stated in the description. The place was clean and inviting. Vanessa was an awesome host and we will quite likely go back again. Great beach, great views of a couple of rocket launches. We were very pleased.
