The studio is very well equipped and looks recently renovated. The location was optimal and there were many young people – students I presume – which made the atmosphere safer for us, being two female travellers. Great for a few nights stay.

There was a problem with the sewer right outside the apartment and the whole area in front of the entrance was full of visible feces and toilet paper. The smell was awful and the first glance not pleasant at all. Also, the door misses a handle! Luckily a kind stranger helped us out and we managed to open and close the door with a shoe lace for the whole 4-days stay. We told the landlord about all of this, but she said it was not her fault, and no one came to see the issue in person. Another thing: the shower is open so pay attention if you don't want a flooded bathroom :)

Location is great. Nice and quite area close to le Marais. Room is as depicted. Good value for money. Two things weren't great; the bed is old and almost broken. And the shower doesn't drain properly and is missing a door. A completely wet bathroom is unavoidable
