The Space:
Stunning fully renovated studio with mezzanine in the heart of the Marais! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.
The studio includes:
• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), Smart television, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• An equipped kitchen: microwave, washing machine, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: shower and toilet, fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo).
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs (mezzanine):
• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage space.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
