Die freundliche Begrüssung und Bereitschaft, uns auch später am Abend persönlich zu empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe möglich zu machen. Sie war immer erreichbar und hilfreich in allen Fragen, welche wir hatten.
Wir hatten kein heißes Wasser am ersten Tag aber das hat sich dann ganz schnell erledigt und sie hat sich darum gekümmert, dass wir wieder heiss duschen konnten.

Sehr großzügig gestaltet, ideal für eine Reise mit Freunden oder Familie. Großes Wohn-Esszimmer, in dem man sich entspannt aufhalten kann. Große Küche.

Posizione davvero buona, a circa 50 metri dalla stazione metro di Edgware Road
Pulizia rivedibile, l’appartamento è evidentemente ristrutturato, ma la qualità della ristrutturazione è discutibile. Scarsissima attenzione ai dettagli. Appena arrivati riscaldamento e acqua calda in uno dei due bagni non funzionavano. Devo dire che lo staff è stato molto rapido a risolvere il problema, considerando che siamo arrivati il giorno di Natale ed il 26 mattina hanno mandato un idraulico.
