This spacious two-story maisonette is located directly opposite St. Mary's Hospital where several members of the British Royal Family were born and just a one-minute walk from Paddington Station, providing an excellent base for exploring London and beyond.
Please note that access to the apartment requires climbing several flights of stairs from the main entrance. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting open-plan living and dining area featuring terracotta tiled floors, a striking exposed brick wall, and a large skylight that fills the space with natural light. The compact, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The first level includes a shower room and a spacious bedroom furnished with four single beds. Large picture windows overlook the lively atmosphere of Praed Street.
On the upper level, you'll find three additional bedrooms, the main bathroom, and a utility cupboard with a washer and dryer. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third is a smaller room with bunk beds that are suitable for both Adults and children.
The apartment is equipped with central heating and recessed lighting throughout. Although there is no air conditioning, fans are provided.
If you're travelling with a larger group, our neighbouring property is also available to rent. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodates up to six additional guests, allowing larger parties to stay close together while enjoying separate living spaces.

The flat is in an ideal location, almost directly across the street from Paddington Station, making for easy access to train, bus, and tube transport throughout London. There are a number of very good restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery stores conveniently located within just a few minutes walk. I highly recommend the Bonne Buche bakery, Blank Street coffee, and Waitrose grocery store.Ours was a party of 6, and had plenty of room in the flat. I previously stayed there with a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) and never felt cramped. The furnishings were clean and all in good working order.Communications with our host Adrienne were prompt and accurate. She even provided warning mid-stay of an upcoming tube strike so that we were prepared, a helpful heads up.We had a great time during our stay and I will rent this flat again for any future visit.

Overall an excellent property. Communication with owner was excellent and very prompt. Location is fantastic as it is only 1 block from the underground and rail station. I would recommend this property!
