Surrounded by greenery, the house is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The layout is ideal: two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The spacious living area—featuring a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room—is cozy and bright. Wi-Fi is available, along with a fiber-optic connection perfect for remote work. A garden is reserved for guests. There is a shaded parking spot, a bike room, a ski room, and a motorcycle room. Please note that everything is included except for the garage, which is available for a fee.

This apartment was a perfect base for our family to explore the Aosta valley for the first time. Quiet location just outside the lovely small town of St Vincent, the central location allowed us to visit several of tbe side valleys above the main Aosta valley. Very friendly and helpful host helped this

Questa è stata la nostra prima vacanza estiva in montagna ed è stata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. La casa ha incontrato perfettamente le nostre esigenze regalandoci, così, un piacevolissimo soggiorno. I proprietari, poi, si sono dimostrati disponibili senza incorrere nell'invadenza. Consigliamo a tutti , quindi, di soggiornare presso l' abitazione di Claudia e Roberto.

Wir waren zu Gast bei einer sehr netten und herzlichen Familie welche stets um unser Wohl besorgt war.
Die Unterkunft ist eine eher dunkle rustikale Parterrewohnung in welcher eines der Schlafzimmer leider kein Fenster nach draußen hat. Die Badezimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vom grünen überdachten Gartensitzplatz bietet sich eine gute Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Leider ist der erste Eindruck der Hinterhof des Hotels mit Mülltonnen und zahlreichen Garagen auf dem Grundstück. Trotz der 50eur Endreinigung, die bei der Buchung online erst nicht erwähnt wurden, haben wir leider keine top-geputzte Wohnung vorgefunden vor allem hinsichtlich Geschirr.
Insgesamt ist Preis-Leistung ok. Man kann kochen und übernachten und nett draussen sitzen. Im Winter zum Skifahren sicherlich eine gute Wohnung. Im Sommer zum aufhalten gibt es sicherlich schönere aber auch teurere Alternativen. Die Gegend lohnt auf jeden Fall einen Besuch.
