Great apartment, poor service

Fantastic apartment. Lots of space and not built on a budget. Very clean, big dining table, a nice cooker, clean and functional bathroom. Great central location. Very comfortable bed.

No sheets provided for futon and poor response when these were requested just after arriving. The description says toiletries are provided including shampoo. They were not, only hand soap and again a poor response when this was questioned. Remote control not working for TV.

A lovely studio right in the main street in the centre

Superb location just right in the centre, a lovely and very cosy studio, quite spacious, with all facilities. A great view on Italian stone rooftops and mountains! Reasonably priced I suppose for this location. Melisa who was the host was very supportive and let us store our luggage in the office too. Thank you😊

A little hazardous, there’s a huge wooden beam where you can hit your head many times a day if you’re not careful. The wardrobes and the washing drier above the shower are not really usable as they are so high (3 meters or so) you need to use a special long sticks with a hook to use them.. ! A “normal” wardrobe has been locked. But there’s chest of drawers at least at the normal level 😊 The bathroom is downstairs and it was not a problem at all, but a tip: if someone is less mobile it can be an issue.

Perfect for Pila Ski & exploring the Old Town.

We had the 2-story 1-bedroom with spiral staircase. Great to have 2 bathrooms! Balcony faced the courtyard & mountain so no street noise. Great full kitchen w/ DW.

Needs one more comfy chair in LR.

Great location , ok property

It’s advertised as a 2 bed apartment but it’s only a 1 bed as the second bedroom is not separate , it’s in a adjacent room which is not private , you have to walk through the area the second double bed is in to get to the toilet.

It was great!

Very clean and new apartment, good huge bed, very calm area, providing perfect sleep. Very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff!

The only thing that we missed but it’s more good to have than a necessary thing for apartment - very basic things for cooking like salt, sugar, oil, pepper. It would be very helpful. And also wine glasses. But everything else was great, thank you!!

Clean central but warm in sumner

It’s well located clean and quiet but it has no air conditioning or fan ! Gets hot in July and if you open window it’s noisy ! The toilet is on first floor so you have to go down stairs! It had a kitchen but I had no idea how to put the cooker on or the oven ! There was no electric kettle but a fridge with nothing in it ! You cannot even make tea or coffee in an apartment ! I spent two nights and it was warm at night too !

The location!

We booked 2 apartments, but not in the same house! The studio had little light and smelt moldy! The other apartment extremely noicy! Hard to find parking! Tried to call the host but......

Good for a night

It is a nice space, in the city center, great location

The room feels humid, so it is a bit cold. There are no plugs by the bed. Check in and out very strict, with no possibility to leave the luggage for an hour after checkout.

Old flat needs upgrading. Vieux appart besoin de rénover.

The Location was good, right in the middle. Access was easy and except from the shower the flat was clean enough.

The flat is old and in need of an upgrade. The shower is miniscule 70 x 70 cm with a moldy, flimsy plastic sceen and a scalding or freezing shower tap. (There's plenty room for a modern large shower with a thermostatic tap ). The squeaky bed was two uncomfortable single mattresses and sagged in the middle. There were not enough pillows. There was only 1 cheap toilet roll for the whole weekend so had to buy more. With a comfy bed and a decent shower the flat would be so much better.

Great location with modern facilities yet the exposed stone wall and location is all rather lovely.

Great tucked away property. close to goings in but very quiet and private. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. Full Kitchen and flat very spacious for two people.

These are quite small improvements, I might suggest. Would like reading lights beside bed in order not to have to have all the overhead lights on. And a silly improvement would be a mirror that accommodates petit folks:)… had to step on tip toes to see.

it’s a good location, central and parking nearby is fairly easy. and I would absolutely come back

The location and responsiveness - Lorena was great. a lovely cafe nearby for coffee and breakfast and lots of great restaurants and bars on your doorstep. we went to Pila via the cable car and that was very easy to do. A great days skiing and lovely lunch in the mountains. Aosta is a wonderful medieval town with a great atmosphere and vibe.

The dated decor and style . Our apartment did not look like the one in the photo.. The noise from the street but we managed a good nights sleep anyway.

lovely apartment in the historic centre of Aosta

very well appointed kitchen, spacious bedroom, living room and bathroom. Lovely balcony overlooking the street

like others have noted, there is a lot of noise from the bar downstairs. It didn’t affect our stay as we were out most evenings, and it usually stops around 12pm, but it would be a consideration if someone had children who needed to sleep earlier in the evening

Very good expeience and I would chose the same house if I go to Aosta next time.

Very nice location at the center of Aosta and pretty close to the train station (less than 10min walk). The house is bigger than we expected. Super clean and well equiped.

Only thing (not really relates to the house itself) that maybe annoying is that on Saturday night the music of the bar nearby is pretty loud so who is sensitive to the noise should also consider it. On other days the house is quiet enough.
