Luciana is the BEST hostess in Northern Italy! We are travelling with our 10 & 11 year old children and our 70 year old parents; each of us loved being in Luciana’s lovely home and appreciated her informing us of local events that were in their final night of operation - and managing to get us all into town! We have been in Italy for 7 weeks, staying mainly in Airbnb’s, while all of our experiences have been good, this experience was our highlight, Luciana’s lovely home was stocked with everything that you could wish for, her attention to detail will put even the fussiest travellers at ease. If you are viewing this accommodation and it is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!! Also the walk into town is very close and enjoyable for all our ages. Such a delightful, spacious & comfortable apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed & more! We really enjoyed our stay. Luciana & her mother were so welcoming & helpful. It was too far to walk to the lift but only 5 minutes from the free, large parking area. Ideal for accessing the slopes of Pila.

The apartment was clean and pleasantly decorated. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of space. I liked having a table to eat at in the kitchen and all the equipment you need to cook with was provided. Lovely spacious lounge with views of the mountains from the window. The main bedroom was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and pillows and generous storage. A washing machine is provided and even a room for storing boots and skis if needed. Having a secure designated car parking space was one of the features I had particularly chosen the property for. Luciana is a friendly and helpful host who gave us local information when we needed it.

Appartamento veramente spazioso, arredato con gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli. Su questo non mi dilungo perché già espresso molto bene nei giudizi precedenti. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la posizione appartata e un po' elevata rispetto al centro di Aosta, che si raggiunge a piedi in 20 min. attraverso un sottopasso carrabile e pedonale. Se avete le bici ancora meglio. Sull'ampio terrazzo si apprezza l'aria più fresca e ventilata rispetto alla città. Non abbiamo mai usato il ventilatore, nonostante la settimana estiva fosse da "bollino rosso". Proprietaria discreta e premurosa, le siamo siamo grati per l'ospitalità, i lamponi, l'insalata fresca ed il pesto. Che dire, 5 stelle meritatissime.

Comfortable and central apartment in Aosta

We felt extremely welcome and comfortable in the huge, clean and nicely equipped apartment. Enough storage even for 4 bikes. 2 nice rooms, perfect for 4 persons, the twin beds might be a bit too short for persons over 1.80m :-) 10 minutes by bike from the Pila gondola, perfect location to do bike trips with Aosta Freeride and for eating out in Aosta. Thanks Luciana for the hospitality, the nice chats and the fresh tomatoes and basil pesto! We'll be back!

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé avec une très jolie vue panoramique sur les montagne. Luciana et sa maman nous ont très bien accueilli. Un plus, nous sommes à 10mn en voiture du téléphérique qui va à la station du Pila, très facile d'accès. Je recommande très fortement.

La casa si presenta calda accogliente perfetta in ogni particolare in zona molto tranquilla. Siamo arrivati tardi la sera e abbiamo trovato ogni bene di prima necessità sia in cucina che in bagno. Siamo una famiglia con 3 figli e ognuno poteva trovare i suoi spazi senza disturbare gli altri. Ogni oggetto / lenzuola/armadi e arredi sono nuovi in ogni stanza ! La cabinovia per Pila raggiungibile solo in macchina ma in 5/7 minuti massimo. Supermercato aperto 7gg/7 24 h a soli 5 min di macchina.
