Convenient and comfortable

Attractive and comfortable apartment. Accommodated 3 easily. Well stocked - I cooked one dinner and one breakfast there. Nicely located on the edge of the pedestrian zone with good options for aperitivo (or dinner) nearby. Also close to street parking, which cost only 2 euros for the night.

Двухэтажная квартира на последних этажах 3-этажного здания была очень уютной. В квартире есть все необходимое для жизни. Несмотря на близость к центральной оживленной улице, внутри квартиры очень тихо.

Не было острого ножа, пол на 1 этаже прохладный. Но в носках ходить комфортно.

Casa accogliente e in ottima posizione

Casa accogliente e pulita proprio nel centro di Aosta. In casa é presente anche una macchinetta del caffè che non si trova dappertutto ed é stata molto apprezzata. Daniele, il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Centralissimo, comodo con ascensore, fornito di tutto.

Posizione eccezionale, pieno centro (zona pedonale ma raggiungibile in pochi passi), panoramica e "romantica". Un consiglio: parcheggiate tranquillamente in Piazza della Repubblica, zona ex caserma Testafochi. E' a pagamento (euro 1,40 l'ora) ma con orari 8 - 18 ed interruzione 12 - 14, per chi esce la mattina e rientra la sera per recarsi su quelle splendide montagne si tratterebbe di pagare solo un paio d'ore ed avere l'auto vicinissima.

Forse, per i periodi più caldi (ma non è stato il caso nostro), un condizionatore con motore esterno non guasterebbe dato che c'è il condizionatore interno tipo "pinguino", ma sono piccolezze che ad Aosta contano poco e noi comunque ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Torneremo ( con meno bagagli, anche perché tante cose ce le siamo portate ma c'erano!)

Uscire di casa a piedi e raggiungere la telecabina per Pila in dieci minuti. Casa dotata di tutto quello che serve per un buon soggiorno. Proprietario gentilissimo, disponibile, ci ha fornito di tantissime informazioni utili per godere appieno della vacanza.

Non è un problema della casa, ma di Aosta, c'è una pessima viabilità che costringe a fare tanti giri per percorrere poco spazio, i parcheggi liberi e gratuiti sono davvero pochini e per noi che eravamo due adulti con tre bambini è stato massacrante portare tutti i bagagli in Ztl.

Per qualche giorno di sci tra Pila e Courmayeur soggiorno comodissimo con tutto il necessario

La posizione è eccezionale e la struttura ha tutto il necessario per godersi la permanenza al meglio
