It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this property in Carcassonne. We were a group of five and found the accommodation spacious, very clean and immaculately presented. The kitchen was equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and cleaning products. There was even an array of cooking basics such as salt, pepper, herbs, oil, vinegar, sugar and coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend in the heat. We found the location to be very good, close to the station and Place Carnot but far enough away to be quiet at night. Lastly, the communication and clear information from the host at all times was outstanding.

Would have liked a pack of leaflets showing trips restaurants etc recommended plus any emergency services such as dental doctors etc. Not everyone is comfortable using the Internet to find out these things
