We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zen Inn in Fulhadhoo. The hotel itself is fantastic, beautifully designed, very comfortable, and with a truly “zen” atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and disconnect.
However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was the warmth and kindness of the staff. We genuinely believe that neither in the Maldives nor in any future hotel stays will we receive the same level of care and attention we experienced here.
From the owner, to the gentleman who kindly took us to the beach, every detail was handled with such genuine hospitality. And a very special mention to our dear friend from Darjeeling: your service was simply outstanding. We hope you read this review because you deserve to know how incredible you were. The conversations we shared and the attention you gave to me and my husband were beyond anything we’ve experienced, even in 5-star hotels across Europe. Not to mention: you make the best coffee and milkshakes in the world!
And we cannot forget the restaurant: the food is IMPRESSIVELY good. Truly outstanding. A big round of applause to the chef!

Camera pulita, cuoco gentile e disponibile, buona posizione, luogo tranquillo fronte mare
Innanzitutto la totale assenza dei proprietari e la mancanza di risposte se non dopo continui messaggi, avevo chiesto di organizzarci il trasferimento tramite seaplane ma all'arrivo in aeroporto siamo rimasti abbandonati a noi stessi, avrebbero dovuto inviarci i biglietti prima di partire, almeno il giorno prima e non stare io lì a capire a quale compagnia di seaplane fare riferimento.
L'accoglienza è stata fredda, per una Guesthouse gestita da persone locali mi sarei aspettata un caloroso benvenuto ed un minimo di interazione , ma i proprietari erano assenti anche da Whatsapp.
Rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente, prezzo non consono ai servizi offerti, basta guardare altre strutture decisamente più accoglienti e organizzate.
Mancava il sapone, ombrelli non forniti nella camera, letto scomodo, in camera non c'era neanche un documento/depliant di informazione o con la lista delle attività e del menù del ristorante.
Zona antistante poco curata.
Struttura con tanto potenziale, ma mal organizzata e gestita, risposte inesistenti.
Non si può delegare la gestione a pochi dipendenti che sono costretti a gestire tutto contemporaneamente!
Le esigenze del cliente andrebbero anticipate e non abbandonare il cliente a sé stesso.
