Camp site was quiet for being in a major tourist area and village. Sites were very large, well-marked and maintained. It came with a ticket to a local sauna (1 min walk away) which was very nice.
The washroom facilities for overnight guests is fairly small. I was the only guest overnight so it worked out for me, but with only one shower facility, it could be busy if multiple sites and people were staying overnight. There are no food options on site (not sure about nearby as staff did not indicate) other than Starbucks. While staff told me last order at the restaurant was 5pm, when I got there before then, the restaurant had decided to close early. I was without dinner that evening unfortunately.

服務及環境乾淨，浴室也乾淨
房間沒有附沖泡咖啡的設備，也沒有烹煮設備，如果能夠附上露營裝備，可以自己煮東西那就更好

It was a dream to stay here during winter. Waking up to the snowy tree views and walking out to knee deep snow that had a pathway carved for us, was just so magical. We didn't mind walking to the separated bathroom as it’s all apart of the adventure! They are thoughtful in the way they think of everything for you. Such as the defrost ice spray for our car and the outdoor jackets for our bathroom trips, they’ve thought of it all.
Highly recommend hiring a car in Hakuba, made life so much more fun and convenient
