We did not receive breakfast with our rate, so therefore can not comment on breakfast. I was pleased the hosts kept the place quiet after 10pm. A lift into the bus terminal on our last day was most appreciated as we were unsuccessful at getting an Uber. Maybe this should be advertised as getting to bus and train stations in Hakuba is not easy with suitcases and backpacks. The hosts were very helpful when we needed to make a reservation at a restaurant. We couldn't do it on our esims and for the hosts to call and speak Japanese was wonderful.

The Ski Room needs attention. Skis, boards, poles (hardward) needs to go in a Ski Room, which does not need to be heated. Ski jackets, gloves and boots (softwear) needs a drying room, which needs to be heated. The hours of heating would depend on the time people were coming back to the accommodation. The petrol and paint cans need to be stored in a different place to everyone's equipment and in a different room to a heater. Potential fire hazard. Since some people did not have breakfast packages, it would have been good to be able to cook some toast or fry an egg in the morning. The fridge was not big enough for the number of people staying there. If families/groups had access to a kitchen they might be more inclined to stay in this accommodation, because they could cook meals. Advertising for pick up and drop off would be good because Ubers are inconsistent in Hakuba. The towels should have been changed every day especially if there is nowhere to hang them up. At least changing the towels every 4th day would have been good. Sheets and pillowcases should be changed after a week, especially during a stay of longer than 7 days. For example, a stay of 10 days could have sheets changed on day 5.

走廊的木地板有人走過時聲音有點大，有些旅客的腳步聲很沉，隔音有點差，建議在走廊可考慮放一張地氈，可以減低人客走路的聲音。

The room was comfortable enough, and the showers were good, although you sometimes had to wait. The massage chair was awesome. It was also very convenient for 7/11, and the paid morning trips to the resorts were a massive help.

Too far from Echoland when walking back from dinner in the freezing cold. It would have been much more convenient to stay in Happo, which is just as nice as Echoland, or to stay directly in Echoland itself. Some of the staff were kind; however, the main lady we dealt with was quite abrupt and unhelpful. Overall, the service felt very bare minimum. We dropped off our luggage before check-in at the bottom of the stairs and, to our surprise, they were still sitting there five hours later when we returned in the evening. We then had to carry all four bags up ourselves. Additionally, it would have been appreciated if towels were changed every few days, or at least once during our week-long stay. For the price, we felt we could have stayed somewhere much nicer.
