The bright living room invites you to linger with two sofas and digital TV.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired:
Ceramic hob with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a microwave are at your disposal.
A dining table offers enough space for shared meals.
The modern bathroom has been redesigned and has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The underfloor heating in the bathroom and partly also in the living area provides additional comfort.
A special plus are the external shutters, which can be used to completely darken the entire apartment - ideal for restful nights.
There is also a washing machine, which provides you with extra comfort during your stay.
Enjoy relaxing hours on the small terrace with access to the shared garden.
Please note that the garden is not fenced. Small dogs are welcome.
The apartment also has a free parking space and Wi-Fi.
The non-smoking apartment was partially renovated at the end of 2025 and presents itself in a modern and well-maintained condition.
A maximum of one dog may be taken into the apartment upon confirmation.
