Charming 2-bedroom apartment i close to NYC, sleeps 7, w wify, parking , kitchen

We stayed at this property for one night, and while it was clean and comfortable, our experience was marred by a significant issue with parking.The listing mentions one on-site parking space, but fails to disclose that additional vehicles require a special permit from the township. This meant that we had to scramble to find alternative arrangements for my girlfriend's vehicle, ultimately resulting in a costly 200 Uber ride from just 12 miles away.What was particularly disappointing was that the host didn't respond to our inquiry about parking until 10 pm, after we had already checked in. Better communication and clearer listing details would have saved us a lot of hassle and expense.While the property itself was decent, the parking issue and lack of transparency from the host prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. The property is located on a road that has a steep incline. Highly recommended that you have parking cameras or additional help. The first night was pretty noisy, the down stairs occupants were blairing music on repeat til 11pm. After the first night noise wasnt an issue anymore. If you attempt to Uber into NYC, be aware that some drivers cant drive into NYC from New Jersey. Bus/Metro is a good alternative, but will take a few min walk. Overall the property was fine, not amazing, just okay.
