The location was good in relation to where I was having my office seminar.Also Derek went over and beyond to delight us.He gave us free bus tickets was there to personally welcome us and brought our bags up when we arrived and took them down when we were leaving.We felt so at home.I will definitely come back and will recommend his place over and over again

Amazing experience! The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes from the bus to Times Square. But the highlight was our host, Mr. Dereck. He was incredibly helpful and responded to messages instantly. He went above and beyond by letting us keep our car in the parking lot after check-out to visit the city. We would definitely stay here again
